Manage Your Subscription
To manage your RapidLoad subscription, click the “Manage Subscription” button on your account dashboard or visit https://app.rapidload.io/subscription directly.
Upgrade or Downgrade
Once on the subscription management screen, select a different tier to upgrade or downgrade your account.
For any upgrade or downgrade in subscription while on a billing cycle, the active payment method on your account will automatically be charged at the new rate on your next billing cycle. Downgraded accounts will receive a credit balance that is applied to future subscription payments.
Note: A downgrade can only be processed if the number of active websites on your account does not exceed the limit of the lower tier. Sites over the limit will need to be removed before a downgrade is allowed.
