Some services, like Cloudflare and Wordfence, block all bot user agents. The RapidLoad user agent
UnusedCSS_bot/1.0 RapidLoad/1.0 must be whitelisted in order for the plugin to work.

1. Install and Activate Autoptimize
If you have not already, install and activate the Autoptimize plugin on your Wordpress site.
2. Enabled Required Autoptimize Settings
The Autoptimize "Optimize CSS" setting MUST be enabled before RapidLoad can run. Once Autoptimize is installed, navigate to settings, check the checkbox for "Optimize CSS", scroll down and hit the button to "Save and Empty Cache".
