How to check your cron?
- You could install the plugin WP-Cron Status Checker
- After activating the Plugin you will be able to see the widget in the WordPress dashboard

Using the plugin Cronjob Scheduler you could run the cron on your site immediately and check whether RapidLoad optimizations are also working once the run immediately is clicked.
